Broncos For the Win!!

My prediction for the 2014 Superbowl is that the Denver Broncos are going slaughter the Seattle Seahawks. Even though i do not particularly like Peyton Manning, my favorite player on the Broncos is Eric Decker. He is an amazing football  player and is very good looking which makes it even more great. I am not looking forward to Bruno Mars singing during halftime. He is not good enough to play at the Superbowl. His songs are all slow and boring.  Peyton Manning will win this and he will retire a Superbowl Champion. The Seattle Seahawks have no chance facing the Denver Broncos. The Broncos will have a score so much higher than the Seahawks. The Seahawks will give up towards the end because they know they are not going to win.I am very excited for the Pepsi and Budweiser commercials. I am also very excited to see the Puppy Bowl during halftime because all the puppies are so adorable. It will be on the colder side with temperatures in the 30's, and it is said that Peyton Manning does not preform well in cold temperatures, but I think he will push through the coldness and fight it to win the game.

Dumb Athletes

There has been some research done showing that college athletes in division 1 sports of football and basketball cannot read. Their test scores show that some are reading at a fourth, fifth and sixth grade level. The professors know exactly what their comprehension is, but still pass them even though they are not able to pass the class. The teachers pass them regardless because of their athletic ability. They are not going to get through life by not being able to read at the right level. It is not right for professors and teachers to have passed them along over the years. it is bad teaching. Just because the student excels in a sports does not mean they do not have to do the work in school. Shame on the teachers and shame on the students not willing to learn or do better in life.
